Go Crazy!Thats my brain commanding me to just eat as long as it satisfies you.Not thinking about my dinner is done or overeating is bad blah blah until and unless my tongue is satisfied i can keep on eating my favorite food.

Today I m gonna tell about one of my Go Crazy food items Nachos!

10 years back,I was a kid with his chips cookies and TV in his beloved room and 10 years later now I m a bachelor kid with his chips cookies and laptop in his cozy drawing room writing stories about how i met my food.So just like this 10 years back I tried eating cheese and herb flavoured nachos and since then I have been Go Crazy! about nachos.

I have tried cheese and herb,barbeque,mexican tomato,classic salted,sizzling jalapeno,peri peri and cream and onion flavours of nachos with mayo,salsa,cheese dip and dry as well.They went well with soft drinks and beer its with crunchy texture and flavour messed all around its surface.How can one invent such a master piece!It persisits flavour in each of its corners.

We must thank our ladies since if they werent the “shopping freak” people we wont be enjoying nachos.It was the year 1940 when a lady named Mamie Finan and three ladies at the Victoria Club,USA asked the chef Ignacio Anaya to get them some unusual snack item to eat since they were exhausted from their shopping trip in Eagle Pass.The chef was so kind that even on an untimely night he served the ladies with some freshly fried totilla chips garnished with cheddar cheese and vegetables tossed on a pan for a few minutes and threw them all together and served it as Nachos Especials!Chef named it after him as in spanish nachos is a nickname for ‘ignachio’.

It is like the Bermuda triangle where once entered it’s almost impossible to get out of it. I tried it in a cafe near my house as a dish named “nachos chaat” a large number of nachos dressed in cheese sauce, mayo, salsa, and diced crunchy vegetables. It was so satisfying eating it alone with no one to steal from my plate else his or her wrist wont be able to rest on its arm. So be careful before asking someone to pass on some of his or her nachos.
