Samosa chat : Spicing it up

Self doubt, under confidence, stress, and overthinking all this was going on when I completed mt entrance exam for college whether I may get the college or not or again I have to take some unwilling college just to get a degree for my future security.

After the battle of examination had come to an end I planned to try things once I am free of studies but my mental chaos alarmed me every time that THIS AIN’T THE TIME!!!

One day I decided to get out of my igloo and face the heat outside. So there I went to my nearest foodcourt for something to eat but with low cost and high taste.Normally these two elements do not go well together but its only the play of your choice what one decides to spend on and what one needs to spend on.

I like to take food risks for surge of good flavour so I ordered Samosa Chaat which is a common street food of India with a crunchy semi gravy twist.

Chickpea gravy with tamarind and mint chatni topped with the crunch of onion and sweet pomegranate garnished with shredded carrot and beetroot. The sauces were dressed in such a way that the spice created by its blend was of a boomerang taste!

You take a bite get its spice and then there is the hit which takes you away from it, but here the boomerang effect works where the more you wanna get away from something, the faster it brings you back to itself.

Sweet savory crunch with hot and cold aromas, it was the dish’s spell-binding flavor that led me to it to have ONE MORE BITE of it every time.

After having the snack it was so motivating for me that I felt I can crack anything I want or achieve whatever I desire. The moment was full of positivity, it filled me with confidence although it lasted till the taste lasted with me. Still, the time was unforgettable even writing about it now takes me back to that time when my only desire was one more bite.
