Yesterday evening i was just scrolling swiggy and zomato looking for something to eat like a combo of savoury and sweet. Being out of hometown, the best advantage to eat whatever you want at any time.

From chips to chocolates, of each and every brand, I have already tried now. From the day I arrived New Delhi, I decided to try all the desserts that I usually do not try. My first try was lotus biscoff cheesecake jar.

The packaging,layering and look all were really gud but my sister recommended me lotus biscoff pastry of another bakery which was quite known for its colossal work in cakes and cookies.

I was waiting for a perfect day to eat the pastry since I already had the cheesecake jar of the same flavour before,I wanted to wait for the perfect moment to eat it with proper savoury snacks.

Few days later, my sister arrived at our home and as soon as I got to know about her arrival I went online to order the pastry because even she wanted to try out the pastry but bad luck struck us, the pastry had went out of stock that night but I really wanted to surprise her with a pastry from her favourite bakery so I ordered an oreo chessecake from there. After recieving the order my sister had a bite from it and said to chill it in the fridge to let it come in its perfect texture.

After my dinner I went for the cheesecake to enjoy  with cheese nachos.The first bite I took it was very chocolaty with dark chocolate ganache, but there was something missing. Yes, the crunch! The cookie base was not to be found. It was a bit disappointing because the cookie base is the most anticipated portion of any cheesecake for me. As the crunch was nowhere to be be found, I felt dejected. 

I wanted to bring this to the notice of the bakery, and so i left a review for them on their Instagram page. I’m hoping that they would consider it.
